he Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) together with the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Science (ISP PAN) have pleasure to invite you to the conference titled "Good Governance: how to address energy, migration and security challenges in Europe.
