Event Description
German Legoland workers at the Günzburg Park in Bavaria struggle to defend the chairman of the works council from attacks by the fun park management and to secure decent work conditions for part-time and temporary workers.
Tim Lubecki, Regional manager of the Food, Beverages and Catering Industry Trade Union in Swabia (NGG) and a park worker trade union activist (anonymous in order to protect job safety) will present the state of the unions case in defending the head of the works council in the park whose case will take place in the Labour Court on 10 April. The effect of the still more common use of temporary and part-time employees on the German job market will also be outlined.
