At the invitation of Sir Graham Watson MEP, President of the European Liberal Democrats, the following leading liberal figures will meet at the Concert Noble in Brussels ahead of the European Council meeting on Thursday 13 December 2012. Confirmed as attending so far:

Prime ministers and Deputy Prime ministers:
