  • Conduct an accurate analysis of your organisation’s current performance?

This course provides you with an overview on how to formulate and efficiently execute a strategic management plan for your organisation. It will help you to assess better the existing mechanisms and take an informed decision about the approach that could provide the best results.

  • The difference between predictive and what-if approaches

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • (Re)design and facilitate your organisation’s strategic management process
  • Acquire the right tools and methodologies to create the applicable business models
  • Set goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of your strategic plan
  • Predict the risks and manage the challenges that may arise in the implementation of the new model, such as limited availability of resources, the difficulties that employees may face in adapting the new methods, etc.

This course is extremely personalised, where the experts and trainers will give individual attention to your specific questions and challenges, and work with you on identifying the appropriate solutions.

In order to ensure that you get the best results through this exercise, we will send you a questionnaire and preparatory assignment a few weeks before the course, focussing on topics like your organisation’s mission, vision, values, and the current strategic plan.

Besides this 1:1 coaching, the course will also include:

  • Group and individual exercises
  • Ample opportunities to interact with other participants, to share experiences, knowledge, and challenges

This course is part of a 3-series programme on results-based management, which includes three topics very closely linked to each other:

  1. Quality management
  2. Strategic management
  3. Project management

You can choose to attend only one of the courses, but we would recommend you to attend all three, to get a full perspective on how you can continuously and consistently deliver the best outcomes for your organisation.
