A green and socially responsible economy: a solution in time of crisis?

17-19 April 2013, Geneva, Switzerland The 7th European Conference on Sustainable Cities and Towns (17-19 April 2013, Geneva, Switzerland) will focus on governance and finance with the purpose to find lasting sustainable development solutions to the current financial and environmental crises. The wide ranging plenary sessions and interactive break-out sessions will offer plenty of opportunities for policy-makers, representatives of the UN and European institution, NGOs, research institutes and business to learn, share, and collect experience and best practices to create sustainable communities. The conference is jointly organised by the City of Geneva, ICLEI Europe and the ESCT Conference Preparatory Committee.
