RIAD, the International Association of Legal Protection Insurance, wants to identify the most relevant trends in the economic, cultural, and multi-media fields which presently influence our society and individual citizens. In this context delegates will debate about solutions to the most pressing issues and who can provide them. What part, besides facilitating access to justice, can legal protection insurers assume in contributing to individuals’ welfare? Participants will actively search for answers and get an insight into the investment and changes that the industry must undertake to respond adequately to social developments.

This conference addresses insurers, consumers, legal professionals, academics and public authorities having an interest in discussing topical trends which impact our society and individuals today and legal protection insurers’ contributions and role in this respect.
