PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee is EUR 650 per person including electronic documentation, refreshments during conference breaks, the cocktail reception on Thursday evening and the lunch on Friday. Please note that the registration is binding and that the participation fee is payable within ten days upon confirmation of registration. However, the participation fee is refunded in full, if a written cancellation is received till up to three weeks before the conference date (at the latest by November 7th 2014). For cancellations received after this date, no refund can be made,
however, a replacement participant can be named. Companies sending several participants can benefit from a discount of ten percent on the participation fees. This discount cannot be combined with other offers. Special discounts are also available for PhD students, academics
and members of the media. Please inquire with us.
HOTEL RESERVATION
The Institute of European and International Business Law will gladly assist with hotel reservations. Please refer to the online
registration form for available options.
THE VENUE
The conference will take place in the St.Gallen “Kantonsratssaal” (Parliament of the Canton of St.Gallen). Please see the map on
our homepage for the exact location (Klosterhof 3). The evening event on Thursday will take place at the “Kellerbühne
St.Gallen” (St.Georgen-Str. 3).
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The conference language is English. No translation services are provided.
ACCREDITATION
The conference is accredited by the UK Solicitors Regulation Authority and for full attendance 7 CPD hours can be awarded. Other accreditations may be available upon request.
