The European Parliamentary Forum (EPF) for Sexual and Reproductive Rights is proud to host a webinar for World Contraception Day, which will be conducted on 23 September at 14:00-15:30.
This event will feature the launch of EPF’s Report on access to contraception in Europe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The report considers the various obstacles reported across the continent in terms of accessing contraception during the past 18 months.
It looks at the various methods enacted by countries aimed at ensuring access to contraception despite a global pandemic. It will provide recommendations to the decision-makers on how to improve access to contraception in a post COVID world.
The webinar event is hosted by Hon. Petra Bayr, MP (Austria) EPF President and will feature interventions from Parliamentarians from Latvia, Romania and the UK. It will also include presentations of similar thematic research conducted by academia and other civil society organisations.
