Event Description
On behalf of the Vlerick Healthcare Management Centre and Organon, we are happy to invite you to have a first glimpse of the initial findings of a groundbreaking study developed by Vlerick Healthcare Management Centre in collaboration with KU Leuven on the positive impact of family planning technologies in reducing the gender pay gap and fostering economic empowerment for women across G20 countries and Europe.
During the event, we hope to support a multistakeholder platform where researchers and representatives from different NGOs can engage in meaningful discussions about the preliminary study's findings and their translation into recommendations and successful policy initiatives that will be presented during an event open to policymakers (Q1 2024).
The event will be held in the format of a roundtable which will provide a unique opportunity to exchange views with the speakers and ultimately help co-create and shape the policy narrative that will be presented at a later stage.
Day and Time: 9 November, 10:30 – 12:00 CET
Location: Vlerick Business School (Room LR1.2)
Please note that it will be possible to follow the event online, but we would like to encourage participants to attend in person.
