Event Description
In 2016 Ceemet provided a starting point for debate, providing necessary and compelling evidence of the fundamental changes taking place due to digitalisation – from skills demand to organisation of work. The generated insights of the new report -looking closer at the links between ‘digitalisation’, ‘skills’, ‘education’ and ‘future of work’- aim to maintain a relevant and facts-based discussion. Digitalisation holds immense potential for the 200,000 manufacturing companies Ceemet represents, but the skills gap could stop us from capitalising on the opportunities digitalisation offers.
