What is this course about? 
At the end of the training, participants should have a practical understanding of the EU legal framework for financial services as well as EU law-making process in this field. Participants will also gain insight into the institutional framework for financial services regulation and supervision.

How will it help you?
The course will help participants to better understand the different characteristic features of legal acts that they analyse or translate on a daily basis as well as the place of these legal acts in the hierarchy of EU law sources. By the end of the course, participants will feel confident about the different procedures and principles governing the EU financial law system. The course will also offer networking and exchange opportunities between participants.
