Event Description

Earth observation data are of critical importance for us to understand the state of our planet. The European Commission’s Copernicus Programme is providing free, reliable and up-to-date environmental data services for tens of thousands of users in the public, policy, science and commercial sectors. It ensures we have the right information in our hands for better decision-making.

On 10 April 2018, the Copernicus services implemented by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) will present a special event at the European Parliament in Brussels. By attending this event you will have a unique opportunity to find out about the ‘European State of the Climate’ and the benefit of the Copernicus climate change and atmosphere monitoring services for Europe.
