On behalf of Jean-Marc Leroy, President of GIE, we are pleased to invite you to the 14th GIE Annual Conference in Sofia, Bulgaria, on 9 and 10 June 2016.
Bulgartransgaz, the Bulgarian combined operator is looking forward to be your host in 2016.

You will find here the registration form for the conference. Don't wait to register, places are limited. Conference registration will close on 6 June.
GIE Conference Registration fee : 950 EUR
GIE Internal meetings (8-9 June, open only to GIE Members) and GIE Annual Conference (9-10 June) will take place at the Hotel Marinela.
GIE has arranged accommodation for delegates at the Hotel Marinela. A block of rooms at negotiated rates have been reserved for the nights between 7 and 10 June 2016. There are still some rooms available at Hotel Marinela but the pre-booked rooms are nearly exhausted. Therefore, we advise you to book your accomodation at Hilton Sofia.
Additional accomodation at the Hilton Sofia is available at special room rates booked between 7 and 10 June 2016 (5 min from Marinela). A shuttle service will be organised to/from Hotel Marinela during the whole conference.
The GIE Annual Conference Gala Dinner will take place at the Sofia Hotel Balkan. Accomodation is possible directly via hotel website bookings.

A Gala Dinner evening event organised by the Bulgarian hosts will take place at the historic National Archaeological Museum and Royal Ballroom of the Sofia Hotel Balkan.
