Event Description
Where do we go from here? How can truck manufacturers go further with innovations in fuel-efficiency and safety? There is no one single answer to these questions, but rather there are a combination of solutions. These include further development of vehicle technologies, more flexible and aerodynamic design, improved driver training, intelligent infrastructure and logistics, and the availability of alternative fuels. The aim of the ‘Truck of the Future’ event is to open up the debate on how we can make sure the trucks of tomorrow continue to serve our society – with maximum safety and minimum impact on our environment.
