What: The aim of this webinar is to demystify this business trend impacting several business sectors and to improve the understanding of Technical Committee officers and experts about service standards and how they are used/ can be used by the manufacturing industries. Participants will get an insight on the use of service standards by the fire and security industry.
The webinar will help standards drafters (both NSB/NC and experts) in seizing the opportunities of servitization and moving towards other forms of product service provision by adopting new business models.
