This new report will show that the Government could immediately reduce fossil fuel CO2eq emissions from transport by 150,000 tonnes by increasing the ethanol content of petrol. That is the equivalent of taking 50,000 cars off the road.

EWEA Technology Workshop:
Resource Assessment 2013
25-26 June 2013, Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland
Make this the one resource assessment event you attend in 2013
EWEA technology workshops are excellent value for money and are typically half the price of those offered by commercial organisers. As the industry's European non-profit association, EWEA organises its technology workshops in response to requests from members on a break-even basis.
Register at early rates before 15 April 2013
The workshop consists of five sessions over one-and-a-half days covering topics including mesoscale models, wind conditions modelling, real world power curves and the challenges of wake prediction. The workshop will conclude with the results of the second comparison exercise. Full programme
How close are your resource estimations to reality?
Take part in the second comparison exercise and find out
A highlight of the workshop is the Comparative Resource and Energy Yield Assessment Procedures (CREYAP) Exercise Part II. Assessors are invited to carry out a wind speed and energy yield prediction for a wind farm project with the aim of comparing results of different industry models and approaches. Participant's results will be independently compared and contrasted with one another, as well as against real wind farm performance data and the results presented in the final session of the workshop.
