The Liberty Summit Kyiv has been organised with an emphasis on supporting one of the largest countries in central-Eastern Europe – by opening up dialogue on important issues such as economic integration, fighting the trafficking of illicit goods, ending corruption and supporting the peace process in the Donbas. As well as holding discussions on what can be done to support Crimean Tatars and promoting free speech.

For the third consecutive year, BSEF, The International Bromine Council, is organizing its Asia Forum. After the successful editions in China and Japan, the 2019 edition entitled “Circular Economy, Chemicals Policy and the Electrical & Electronics Sector” aims to bring together multiple Asian stakeholders and experts from academic, industry and government organizations. Moreover, the aim is to exchange views on Circular Economy, Bromine and Flame Retardancy and to strengthen cooperation with South Korean partners.
