Over 200 young people aged between 18 and 30 from six EU countries (Greece, Spain, Portugal, France, Denmark, Germany) will meet on Wednesday 10 April 2013 to participate at a conference on "Youth in Crisis" at the European Parliament in Brussels.
At this event, jointly organized by the Greens/EFA group, the European Green Party and the Federation of Young European Greens, participants will discuss the prospects for the future of young people in Europe and policies to deal with today's various crises. Green MEPs and the EU Commissioner for Employment and Social Affairs, László Andor, will follow the debate and take on board the participants' suggestions.
Photo opportunity: After the conference, at 18:30, the 200 participants will hold an action in front of the European Parliament (Place Luxembourg) illustrating the impact of the crisis on Europe's youth.
