Launch of report by economist Jim Power on how ethanol can substantially reduce carbon emissions

This new report will show that the Government could immediately reduce fossil fuel CO2eq emissions from transport by 150,000 tonnes by increasing the ethanol content of petrol. That is the equivalent of taking 50,000 cars off the road.
