- Alejandro Teitelbaum, lawyer specialized in international economic relations and 'expert consultant' on a series of Permanent Peoples' Tribunals (PPTs) on European Corporations in Latin America.
- Brid Brennan, Coordinator of the Economic Justice, Corporate Power and Alternatives programme of the Transnational Institute (TNI).

Participants in the round table include Mrs Gabi Zimmer, President of the European United Left/Nordic Green Left Group (GUE/NGL) in the European Parliament, Juan Ramon Quintana, Bolivian Ministry of the Presidency, MEPs from several Parliamentary Groups and key actors from social movements, trade unions, affected communities, human rights and legal experts in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
