Event Description
ACE – the Alliance for Beverage Cartons and the Environment – is celebrating its 20th Anniversary on 3 December with an event on “The contribution of sustainable resource management to a circular economy”.
The event will be a forum for high level discussion between EU policy makers and related stakeholders on the emerging policy framework for resource efficiency and natural resource management. Speakers include:
- Sirpa Pietikäinen, MEP
- Tony Long, Director of WWF EPO
- Kitty Van der Heijden, Director of World Resources Institute Europe
- CEOs of BillerudKorsnäs, Elopak, SIG Combibloc, Stora Enso and Tetra Pak
The event will take place at the Bibliothèque Solvay at 17.00 and will be followed by a cocktail reception at 19.30.
