ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
WHAT?
The Policy Conference is the most important European conference dedicated to sustainable energy policy issues. Sessions organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders debate new policy developments, best practices and sustainable energy ideas, while networking events forge alliances. Awards for outstanding projects begin the week.
WHEN?
EUSEW2017 will take place from 20 to 22 June 2017.
WHERE?
Two venues host the Policy Conference in Brussels’ Schuman district: the European Commission’s Charlemagne building, and the Residence Palace nearby. The buildings are five minutes apart by foot.
WHO?
Public authorities, energy agencies, industry associations, businesses, civil society organisations and the media are all invited to take part in the conference. Past speakers and participants have come from city councils and the European institutions, private companies and research organisations, citizen groups and NGOs.
WHY?
If your work supports an economy built on clean, secure, efficient energy, this event is for you. The EU Sustainable Energy Week is an opportunity to meet stakeholders promoting energy efficiency and renewable energies, learn about successful policies and inspire innovation to meet the EU’s energy and climate goals.
