During this online event hosted by the Barilla Foundation, experts will discuss the future of Europe’s food systems based on the newly launched “Europe and Food” report. The panel will highlight the transformations required in areas like nutrition, agricultural practices, climate, and food loss and waste — based on insights from the Food Sustainability Index (FSI), a tool developed by the Barilla Foundation and the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).
