EU COMPETITION LAW WORKSHOPS
ERA‘s EU competition law workshops in Brussels aim to provide a deep analysis of key concepts of European antitrust law. For each topic, the latest trends, the recent case law and the main challenges will be presented and debated by high-level speakers.
Objective
This workshop aims to examine the impact of the most recent judgments on the concept of rebates and margin squeeze as exclusionary pricing abuses by a dominant undertaking under Art.102 TFEU. Attention will also be paid to the function and evolution of the “as efficient competitor” test in the cases in question.
Who should attend?
Lawyers in private practice, in-house counsel and representatives of national competition authorities.
