Le Prix du Livre Européen a été créé en 2007 par l’association Esprit d’Europe, avec le soutien de Jacques Delors.
L’association Esprit d’Europe, présidée par France Roque, organise depuis sa création la remise du Prix du Livre Européen chaque année début décembre au Parlement européen à Bruxelles.
