Event Description
About this online course
How do the New Regulations change Financial Management, Financial Control and Audit rules for 2021-2027? What are the implications for Management Verifications in practice? What are the key live issues for Financial Management and Audit of Operational Programmes in the 2014-2020 period, and have these issues been addressed for the new programming period?
This course will address these questions and examine the programme and financial templates for the new programmes. There will be a special focus on simplifying management verifications, extending the use of simplified cost options and protecting the audit trail.
We will be joined by highly experienced, leading practitioners from the Member States: Dermot Byrne, from the Audit Authority of Ireland, and Julia Szenthe, from an Austrian Managing Authority.
