Petcore Europe Webinar: "TCEP for Beginners"
We are looking forward to meeting you on the 5th May at 2 PM CET!
Please make sure you preregister for this FREE of charge webinar to guarantee your easy access on the day of the event. Please note without preregistration it won’t be possible to attend this webinar.
There is a growing trend in the collection of PET trays for specific recycling activities. Nonetheless, more work must be done. Besides separate collection and proper sorting of trays and other PET sheet-based products, design for recycling is a major tool to boost their circularity.
The Tray Circularity Evaluation Platform (TCEP) is created by Petcore Europe, supported by tray manufacturers, the European Association of Plastic Recycling and Recovery Organizations (EPRO) and Plastics Recyclers Europe (PRE).
The mission of this platform is to give support to the value chain of thermoformed PET trays to improve recyclability of thermoforms and strive to circularity.
To meet this mission, we are setting up this informative & free of charge, educational webinar aiming to:
- Present to stakeholders the Modus Operandi of TCEP;
- Create awareness for the application procedure;
- Present to the participant the testing procedures and the related evaluation.
The success criteria of the webinar are:
- Participants understand better how can they apply?
- What will be tested and where?
- How will the test results be evaluated?
