Power Barometer 2020
Section
Event Description
The European power sector is pursuing its decarbonisation at an ever increasing pace, supported by the rise of renewables and the drop in coal-based electricity generation. Despite the impact of the Covid-19 crisis these trends are set to continue until 2030 and beyond. The power sector plays a leading role in the decarbonisation of Europe, so it is critical to bring together data and concrete evidence of its progress towards carbon neutrality.
This year’s edition of the Power Barometer provides an up-to-date analysis of the power sector and its projections up to 2030.
- Where are we now?
- Where are we going?
- What are the impacts of the Covid-19 crisis?
- What is needed to fully exploit the opportunities for decarbonising Europe’s power sector?
Join us on 14 September to learn more about our analysis and results when we will launch the second edition of our Power Barometer.
An event not to be missed, mark your calendars now!
