To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Single Market and launch a new study on the business case for deepening the Single Market, AmCham EU is organising ‘The EU Single Market: Ensuring Europe’s Future Growth and Prosperity’ on 10 October 2012, from 13:00-18:00.
This high-level conference will be opened with remarks from Malcolm Harbour, MEP, Chair of the European Parliament’s Internal Market and Consumer Affairs Committee. Panel discussions will include the participation of: Patrick Deconinck, Senior Vice-President, 3M; Mikael Hagström, President EMEA and Asia-Pacific, SAS Institute; Aongus Hegarty, President EMEA, Dell Computers; Mark Spelman, Global Head of Strategy, Accenture; and Gerard Van Harten, Vice-President of Manufacturing & Engineering, Dow.
We will also be joined by Andreas Mavroyiannis, Deputy Minister to the President for European Affairs, Cyprus, who will discuss the Cypriot Presidency’s views on Single Market reform.
