Event Description
The 2023 edition of WindEurope's Technology Workshop is back again from 1-2 June! And this time we’re heading to the historic French city of Lyon. This is a chance to get a full roundup on technological breakthroughs all over the sector, and to meet the people driving those innovations.
This year’s focus will look at Analysis of Operating Wind Farms, Forecasting, and Resource Assessment – all key to ramping up our yield as we strive for energy security.
Why attend this workshop?
- Get up to speed on a range of tech topics – modelling, monitoring & control, wakes & blockages, O&M optimisation, forecasting, environmental impacts, data science, AI and a lot more;
- Catch up with 350+ old contacts and new faces from industry and academia;
- Take a look at the latest cutting-edge solutions on display at the poster exhibition; and
- Enjoy the historic and gastronomic delights of Lyon while you are there!
Want to help shape the programme?
We have launched a call for abstracts to define the scope of the event, and we’re calling on innovators from across the wind tech scene to share their ideas. Here are the guidelines, and click here to submit your abstracts. The deadline is 2 March – we look forward to hearing from you!
