How can the social-ecological transition towards a low-carbon society be achieved? How could we launch a European sustainable and progressive re-industrialisation strategy? How can the phase-out of coal be cushioned socially and economically? How can new industrial jobs in the manufacturing sector be created? How can we ensure that the newly created jobs are decent work and are unionised?
