Event Description
On 28 November at 10:30- 11:30 CEST, FTA will hold its next Thought Leadership webinars entitled 'Making the Cut – Measuring and Mitigating Emissions in Your Supply Chain'.
With the launch of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals and the signing of the Paris Agreement, the role of business in tackling climate change is more firmly on the agenda than ever. Through knowledge sharing and improved tools, more businesses are going beyond tracking purchased energy and emissions from direct operations, and are including their indirect, or Scope 3, emissions in their performance measurements.
This webinar aims to:
- Demonstrate leading environmental performance management systems, including BEPI, which support businesses and organisations to measure their scope 3 emissions
- Provide examples of how to engage suppliers and producers in carbon reduction strategies
- Show steps towards mitigating emissions and work towards carbon neutrality
Our speakers
Christine Clapasson (Head of Energy / CO2, Coop)
Dexter Galvin (Head of Supply Chain, Carbon Disclosure Project)
Daniel Kammerer (Head of Consulting & Solutions, myclimate Foundation)
Stephanie Raymond (Senior Environmental Coordinator, Foreign Trade Association)
All participants are invited to join this webinar by registering here.
