AIBI, the International Plant Bakers Association, and FEDIMA, the Federation of the European Union Manufacturers and Suppliers of Ingredients to the Bakery, Confectionery and Patisserie Industries, is delighted to invite you to its joint Symposium onWednesday, 13 April 2016 in Brussels. The aim of this symposium is to provide you up-to-date information on bread promotion and new nutritional aspects of bread.
Highly qualified speaker will present the new EU Agricultural Promotion Program to support bread consumption. We will also explore the actual situation on the nutritional side of bread including the gluten-free and wheat discussion and the state of play on the legislation on nutrient profiles.
Our symposium will provide an ideal forum for you to update your knowledge around bread, to exchange views and to make contacts or renew existing ones.
