Objective

This seminar will offer legal professionals an update on recent developments in jurisprudence regarding the EU Staff Regulations. It will also provide participants with knowledge on detailed aspects of the procedure before the General Court of the European Union (GC).

Visit to the Court: Participants will also have the opportunity to attend a hearing at the General Court (GC) in a staff case. Please note there will be a limited number of places available. They will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. ERA cannot be held responsible if the hearing is cancelled.
