Objective
This year’s conference is aimed at providing legal practitioners with a comprehensive update on the most recent developments from the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Commission in the field of EU State aid law. Special attention will be paid to fiscal State aid, State aid for energy and the environment and the international dimension of EU State aid control.
