Event Description

This is the second module in the three-day seminar on the legal system of the EU and the most important principles governing the adoption and enforcement of the European Union law. This second module focusses on the actions that can be taken before the Court of Justice of the European Union in order to challenge the non-compliance with EU law.

During this second module you will learn about different situations when the Member States risk to be at breach of EU law. Based on a real case, you will learn how to examine potential breaches of EU law and, through an assessment of different legal factors, how to find optimal solutions to the legal problems that pose themselves when the Member States or the individuals apply EU law.

Through different exercises and group discussions, this module offers a very high level of interactivity and enhanced learning opportunities in a small group of participants.

The duration of the second module is one day. If you prefer to attend the full 3-day course, please click below.
