This event is the largest of the cogeneration sector in Europe and is the opportunity to discuss the latest trends from the energy world in the presence of industry representatives, policymakers and other key stakeholders. Questions at the centre of discussions will be how to decarbonise our power and heating system in an efficient and cost-effective way and the role of cogeneration in achieving Europe's climate and energy goals.
This year, COGEN Europe celebrates its 25th anniversary! This will take place in the presence of representatives from the European Institutions, national associations, the cogeneration industry and stakeholders from the energy sector. On Tuesday 5 June, you are welcome to the Gala Awards Dinner and Cocktail in Chalet Robinson, where the COGEN Europe Recognition Awards will be handed out to individuals and organisations with remarkable achievements in developing, applying and promoting cogeneration.
COGEN Europe is happy to welcome an interesting line-up of high-level speakers from the European Commission, the European Parliament, EU Member States and the European energy sector. During five sessions, we will touch upon the most burning issues in EU energy policy. Have a look at our detailed programme and find out more via www.powerofheat.eu
