Event Description
ISCC is hosting its 14th annual Global Sustainability Conference as a hybrid event, in Brussels and online, Thursday, 22 February 2024 from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Central European Time (UTC +1). We warmly invite all ISCC stakeholders to join this annual flagship event, which is bringing together, amongst others, government bodies, regulators, industry representatives and members of NGOs to share valuable experiences, best practices, and innovations within the wider sustainability community.
This fourteenth edition of the ISCC Global Sustainability Conference will provide insight into recent and upcoming developments as well as a platform for open discussions on key sustainability topics such as the Green Deal and Fit for 55, carbon markets, due diligence, certification solutions for RFNBOs, innovations within the circular economy and bioeconomy and much more. After the welcome address and keynote speech, presentations and discussions on ISCC EU, ISCC PLUS, and ISCC for Sustainable Aviation (ISCC CORSIA) and Marine Fuels will be simultaneously held and streamed, allowing participants to delve deeper into their preferred topic. We are delighted to already announce two speakers joining us from the European Commission: Werner Bosmans of the Directorate General for the Environment, who will be speaking within the ISCC PLUS stream, and Bernd Kuepker of the Directorate General for Energy, for the ISCC EU stream. Regulators at the European and Global level will also be featured in the SAF/SMF stream, shedding light on the latest regulatory developments in these fields. In the upcoming weeks, you will be able to find the agenda for the conference, including an overview of all esteemed speakers, on our website.
Please be aware that onsite capacity is limited, so be sure to register soon if you would like to attend the event in person. Registration for online attendance will continue to remain open until shortly before the event, even after onsite capacity has been reached.
