During the seminar you will learn the insights and actions to be entertained before the Court of Justice of the European Union. The seminar will focus on the various actions entertained before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and will give special attention to preliminary references coming from national courts and direct actions before the CJEU and. The seminar will specifically tackle infringement procedures commenced by the European Commission and annulment actions where private parties may challenge EU law.
