Join us for the new step of 'Small Scale, Big Impact', a FoodDrinkEurope initiative, aiming to raise awareness of the major contribution of SMEs to the EU economy. SMEs make up 99% of Europe's food and drink industry, the EU's largest manufacturing sector.
Members of the European Parliament will welcome SME entrepreneurs from several member states who will present their products and showcase their knowhow and traditions. They will talk about what they see as opportunities and challenges, and provide insight into how the EU can continue fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.
On this occassion, FoodDrinkEurope will launch a White Paper calling for specific policy measures to help food and drink SMEs thrive and grow.
