Event Description
On behalf of ECL, SIOPE, EPHA and EFPN, you are warmly invited to register and attend a policy dialogue on ‘The Revision of the EU Regulations on medicines for Children and Rare Diseases’
The objectives of this event are:
- To consider and discuss actions that should be prioritised in Europe to accelerate timely access to high-quality, safe and affordable medicines for patients;
- To inform a wider audience about civil society's recommendations for improving the 2000 Orphan Regulation and the 2006 Paediatric Regulation.
Invited speakers (from the European Commission, European Parliament, SIOPE, CCI Europe, ECL, EFPN and Member States) will reflect on how to improve both Regulations.
The event will take place on 20 May 2021 between 12:00 - 13:30 CEST on Zoom.
