Delivering Results: Building Energy Performance Standards & Renovation Wave
Section
Event Description
Let’s get the renovation wave done! Introducing Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) at EU level will support a massive increase in the building renovation rate. BEPS will set our buildings on the route to decarbonisation and would also deliver significant economic, environmental and social benefits across Europe making it a particularly valuable part of any economic recovery strategy.
Join us on 10 September 2020 from 09:30-10:30 CET to discuss the role of minimum energy performance standards and ask your questions from:
- Paula Rey Garcia, Deputy Head of Unit for Energy Efficiency: Buildings and Products in DG ENER
- Tjeerd Krumpelman, Global head of Business Advisory, Reporting & Engagement ABN AMRO
- Louise Sunderland, Senior Advisor at Regulatory Assistance Project
The event is organized by European Climate Foundation and EURIMA, the European Insulation Manufacturers Association. The event will be moderated by Katarzyna Wardal, Convenor of the Energy and Climate Committee at EURIMA and EU Public Affairs Manager at Knauf Insulation.
