Based on the analysis of ICLEI’s soon to be published Circular Cities Declaration Report 2024, the accelerator session will explore how cities and towns are integrating circular economy principles into climate action to reduce CO2 emissions across different sectors, preserve biodiversity and achieve common sustainability goals. As part of the session, cities featured in the report will share testimonials, offering practical examples of how the circular economy is increasingly driving strategic goals.
