This tutorial is an advanced version of our seminar “EU law for non-lawyers” and it is addressed to the participants who either attended EIPA seminars or have a good level of knowledge of the EU legal system. You will learn about selected aspects of EU administrative law and the application of this segment of law to the EU institutions and other EU bodies (including agencies). During this tutorial you will also deepen your understanding of different do’s and don’ts during the EU decision-making process.
