The theme of this session relates to the information need and systems required to support efficient implementation of national immunisation programmes. Like most infections, vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) spread regardless of political and administrative borders. Therefore, not only effort within a territory, but also between Member States is needed to achieve adequate protection of the population against VPD.

Small Business Standards’ third annual conference coincides with the fifth anniversary of the EU Regulation 1025/2012 on European standardisation. Featuring key speakers from the public and private sectors, the half-day conference will focus on the impact so far of this regulation on SMEs. It takes place on 10 October 2017 in the Solvay Library in Brussels.
