Purpose of training

Target group
Public officials from national administrations in general, and from ministries of public administration, finance, economy, defence, justice and the interior in particular, justice professionals, legal counsellors, customs and other law enforcement agencies, practicing lawyers and officials from EU institutions.

Target group
EU regulatory affairs professionals, officials in the national regulatory and supervisory authorities, professionals from financial institutions who wish to obtain solid understanding of fundamental legal concepts, principles and procedures in EU financial services. Translators who need to acquaint themselves with the legal terminology used in this sector as well as other professionals wishing to systematise their knowledge of financial markets regulation will also benefit from this seminar.

Target group
EU regulatory affairs professionals from business and professional associations, officials and specialists in the national administrations and EU institutions who are non-lawyers but are affected – directly or indirectly – by European Union legislation, for instance by participating in the EU law-making or law approximation process, as well as when applying national laws derived from EU law. Other professionals wishing to gain or expand their knowledge of EU law will also benefit from this training.
