Event Description
Kellen and Ellwood Atfield are jointly hosting an informal lunch on 'Belgian employment law for European associations'. Aimed at European associations headquartered in Belgium, we will learn about the new climate for salaried employees and independent contractors.
We will discuss employment and social security rules, and what to watch out when contracts come to an end, and make time for a Q&A session with one of Belgium's top employment lawyers.
Sophie Maes is a Partner in Claeys & Engels, the leading Belgian law firm on all areas concerning human resources and personnel policy. Sophie advises national and international clients on various aspects of international employment (including immigration of employees), labour law and social security law.
