This seminar will provide legal practitioners with an update on the case law developed by the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) on freedom of religion, focusing on judgments since 2015.

Optional ECtHR Visit: Participants will have the opportunity to visit the European Court of Human Rights. The visit will include the screening of a documentary followed by a presentation on the role and work of the ECtHR.
