Event Description
The China Chamber of Commerce to the EU (CCCEU) and the international consultancy Roland Berger will co-host the launch of the jointly produced
CCCEU 2020 Recommendation Report: Acting for Common Future
on 10th September at 10:00 am Brussels time, at the Press Club Brussels Europe (Rue Froissart 95, 1040 Brussels).
With Chinese enterprises in the EU striving for growth amid the economic slowdown and regulatory hurdles, the authors of the Report express their opinion on the EU business environment and the findings are comprehensive. In the context of changing global geopolitical sentiment and a defining moment in the Sino-EU partnership, the authors have formulated a package of action plans, especially for European institutions and member-state governments, on how to inject new impetus to enhance economic and trade relations and stabilize prospects for the future by improving the EU doing business environment to make it more friendly for Chinese companies.
The launch will be moderated by Brian Maguire, a Brussels-based journalist and producer. Zhou Lihong, Chairwoman of the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU, will deliver the welcoming remarks while Peter Wienand, Global Partner of Roland Berger, will present the Report. Raymond Wang, Global Partner at Roland Berger, will also join the following Q&A session.
The event will be also shown online, and it will be accessible via zoom. Please contact Mr. Paolo Recaldini, CCCEU Research and Communications Officer, at paolo.recaldini@ccceu.eu for further information and for the registration.
