Joël Doré 

Research Director at INRAE, Joël is Scientific Director of MetaGenoPolis, a Unit of the Micalis Institute “Food and Gut Microbiology for Human Health”, associated with University Paris Saclay.
Joël joined INRA in 1983 and received his PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, in 1988. He aims to contribute to a better understanding of the intestinal ecosystem in order to support therapeutic choices in the medical area, as well as science-based recommendations in health nutrition.

Sylvie Binda Chair of the IPA Europe Scientific Group, member of the IPA Scientific Committee, Board member in the Pharmabiotics Research Institute.
R &D Process & Technological Director at Lallemand Health Solutions since 2020, previously Probiotics Science leader in Danone Research for 12 years, Sylvie was also Fermentation principal scientist in Ajinomoto during 7 years.

Prof. Lucio Capurso

Professor of Gastroenterology, since 1998 chair of the “Probiotics, Prebiotics and New Food” International Congress in Rome, Italy.  
Since 1964 he has been teaching at the University  "La Sapienza" in  Rome as Chair of “Science of Nutrition”.  Prof Capurso has been Senior Registrar of Gastroenterology, and until 1985 Chief of the Gastrointestinal Unit at the “S. Filippo Neri” General Hospital in Rome.

Bruno Pot

Member of the IPA Europe Scientific Group, member of the IPA Scientific Committee.
Since 2001 Bruno is Guest Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Since 2016, he join Yakult as Science Director Europe. He is a member of the Taxonomic Subcommittee for Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, President of the Pharmabiotic Research Institute, and board member of ILSI-EU and the LABIP.
